Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the PrintBee mobile application (“the App”) operated by PrintBee. These Terms govern your access to and use of the App, including any content, features, and services provided by PrintBee. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
1.1 Eligibility:
– You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 13, you may only use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
1.2 Account Registration:
– To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account.
– You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

1.3 Prohibited Activities:

– You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the App without the prior written consent of PrintBee.
2. Customized Products
2.1 Design and Ordering:
– When creating custom designs using the App, you are solely responsible for the content and materials you upload.
– PrintBee reserves the right to refuse any design that violates its policies or infringes upon the rights of third parties.
– You acknowledge and agree that once an order is submitted, the design cannot be changed or modified.
2.2 Order Acceptance and Return Policy:
– PrintBee aims to provide quality products and services. If you are not satisfied with your order due to any issue with the design, PrintBee is not responsible for it.
– It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully create the design, proofread it, and ensure its accuracy before finalizing the order.
– If an order is cancelled due to any issue with the design, PrintBee is not liable for any costs or damages incurred.
2.3 Product Specifications:
– Any irregularities in the fabric are part of its properties and should not be considered as defects.
– The weight and quality of fabric are clearly mentioned on each product description. Please read it carefully before selecting the product.
2.4 Size Selection:
– If you order a t-shirt or any other apparel item, it is important to review the size chart provided on the App.
– PrintBee will not be responsible if you order the wrong size. It is your responsibility to carefully review the size chart and order the appropriate size according to the chart.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
3.1 The App and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
– PrintBee disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
3.2 PrintBee does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1 PrintBee and its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App, even if PrintBee has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
5. Modifications to the App and Terms
5.1 PrintBee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App, or any part of it, at any time without prior notice.
5.2 PrintBee may also revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. By continuing to use the App after any modifications, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
